Oppenheimer, Poor Things y Killers of the Flower Moon, son las cintas que liderean las nominaciones con 13, 11 y 10, respectivamente, todas en las categorías principales, aunque Barbie con 8 nominaciones y Maestro con 7 no se quedan atrás.
México quedó fuera en la terna de Mejor Película Internacional con Tótem, pero Rodrigo Prieto logró nominación en la categoría de Mejor Cinematografía por la película Killers of the Flower Moon.
La ceremonia de los Oscars será el domingo 10 de marzo, conducido por cuarta vez por el comediante y conductor Jimmy Kimmel y anunciaron que habrá un ligero cambio: la ceremonia se celebrará una hora antes de lo habitual, siendo en México a las 6 de la tarde cuando podremos ver el evento más importante de premiaciones fílmicas del año.
